What is a Holistic Pet Health Coach?

An IG live with Sunny Grandara of Nacho Average Pet Health Coach.

What is a Holistic Pet Health Coach transcript below.

Jenn: Sunny will be joining us shortly. I’m sitting here in the Dog studio and Makoa’s over here. Here I can show. She is trembling. I don’t know if you can see her trembling. She is trembling. Here’s Sunny.  because there’s a cat out there and so Mako is trembling because she’s watching the cat.

She just wants to go out and chase the cat. Sunny, I sent you an invite. Let me know if that’s not working. Sent a request. Okay, here we go. Figuring it out. There we go. Hopefully did that work? Go live. Ta da. Sunny: Yay. It always works. It always takes a little while, a little delay. But of course now I think you’ll hear some noise barking in the background because I think my husband just got in.

And of course it’s exactly as we’re going live. But this is life working from home, right? What we’ll be talking about today.

Jenn: So yeah. Excited to be with you today. Yeah. No, I feel you. That’s usually what happens is my parents because I live on my parents property so usually they’ll come over, they’re, you know, I got to come over because I’m doing something. So. Yeah, I totally get.

Yeah. I was showing Makoa the cat is chasing either under and she’s just like trying to trembling because I’m out there. That’s exciting. Yeah, for sure. But we’re cold. Here we are. Cool. Probably 40 or 50. I’m jealous.

Sunny: It’s 80 here in New York. So yeah, I’m ready for fall. I mean we’ve having this Indian summer thing, and I’m not a summer girl, so I am only just waiting for that sweater weather they’re promising us.

So hopefully in a couple of days, we’ll. We’ll get to that.

Jenn: Yeah. 80 is warm for New York.

Sunny: Yeah, it’s a little unusual, for sure, but I got my Halloween, you know, decorations up, and so, you know, I’m just waiting for that, you know, when we can light the fake fire. We don’t have a real fireplace, but it’ll be good.

Jenn: Yeah, for sure. And, you know, the seasonal changes, you know, they affect our dogs, too.

Sunny: Right. So I’m huge on, you know, thinking about that, going with the seasons and, like, feeding them differently. And, you know, that’s something that I do in my practice. And also, as humans now, we’re moving away from all the tomatoes and the zucchinis into the squashes of the world. And so that’s. That’s exciting, you know, to switch up your. Your. Your diet. Right. That’s another thing I look forward to as well.

Jenn: Yeah, I’ve been eating a lot of salads, and now I’ve been switching. Switching to more like, squash soups and. Yeah. Stuff. So, yeah, no, it’s great. Awesome stuff.

Sunny: But, yeah, so I’m happy to. And I was very happy to meet you in person in Kansas City a few weeks ago when we had our holistic pet health coach conference. So I think we got the idea that we wanted to jump on live and answer any questions for those people who might wonder what a holistic health coach does, because it’s kind of a mouthful and a new genre, if you will, in the industry.

Right. Or relatively new. It’s been around for a few years, but not. Not very. Not very established yet. So I was excited when you said, hey, let’s do a live and talk a little bit about what we do and how we can help. More importantly, if you’re wondering, like, oh, I’m struggling with my pet, you know, so that’s really cool. But, yeah. So what do you think? What made you dive into this field?

I know that you’ve been involved with dogs before in your company, but unlike me, I came from food and wine. But we have a lot of those people who do the career changes. Like, I don’t want to be an accountant anymore. I want to go work with dogs and cats, you know, So I think that’s really cool that we can make that switch even later in life, you know, when we, you know, it does.

It’s never too late to find Your true passion. Right. And kind of dive into what you’re. I think what I was meant to be doing, but sometimes all the voices around us are so loud. So, yeah, let me know what. What inspired you to sort of jump on this particular bandwagon of health coaching for our dogs and cats?

Jenn: Yeah. Well, it was great to meet you too, Sunny, at petcon.

And it just, you know, we got to connect on a personal level. And then I like to do lives. And so you’re on my live. And I was like, let’s do a live. And so this is great. I love it. I think, too, it just gets, you know, people get to know us better on when we’re having conversations. And I do have people hop in. Have you done lives before?

Sunny: Oh, yeah, plenty. I mean, I used to have. I’m a digital creator in the food and wine world, so I did lives almost daily, but I jumped jump on and off on my account, which is not your average dog health coach. But, you know, haven’t been doing them too much lately. For some reason, I kind of walked, you know, went away and started doing reels instead. But I like the live element, and I think people like that, too, because, you know, it’s not too polished.

Jenn: It’s just real. Right. Real talk. So. Right. Totally. I mean, kind of playing with my lights. I’m like, oh, my half. My face is in the dark. But to answer your question, yeah, I have been in the animal field. I always. Okay, when I heard Dr. Ruth’s webinar, Ruth Roberts, I said, I’ve been a pet health coach my entire life. I’ve helped animals my entire life. But really, it was like 2001 when I went to school.

I actually went to vet school. Another story. And then technician school. So I was working in the veterinary field for quite a long time. And then I became a rehab tech. So I was working with all the dog injuries. And even then I saw, like, this. There was always this underlying nutrition component. I’m like, there’s got to be. I’m a holistic healthy girl. So I always had this underlying nutrition component.

And so, yeah, so I now work with dogs in preventing injuries in joint health and autoimmune and helping also through nutrition, as well as exercises with that. But that’s. That’s kind of. just finally fits. Like, I know what to call myself. And my clients were like, we know what to call you now. A pet health coach.

Sunny: This is amazing. So, yeah, that’s awesome. Yeah. And I mean, I think we all realize that everything is connected, right? So, like, with injuries, I mean, that can stem from a bad nutrition as well as anything else, like early spay and neutering, which we can also go into in a different life, because that’s another huge topic. Right? But I think that’s really cool that you’re doing prevention work, because that’s something that I’m huge on too.

What I see us humans make the mistake of doing is we wait till. Until, like, it’s so bad, and then it’s so hard to reverse any everything. Much easier to prevent it. Right? So I specialize in canine cancer because I was inspired to jump on this journey because my soul dog, Nacho, died from hemangiosarcoma only at the age of six. And it was just life changing. It was devastating.

I mean, it hit me so hard. I mean, I’ve lost both my parents, and it was even worse than that, I mean, if you can imagine. So I, you know, I’ve been following a lot of people in the industry, and also when it comes to human health, I mean, we become so much more aware of later in life. I’m like, now starting on my second half of my life, right?

It’s like that we are starting to. Oh, something’s not quite feeling right, you know, because we may be suffering from doing too much of the good stuff when we were younger and we were sort of invincible, we could do whatever. And then we thought all of a sudden, like, oh, crap, you know, now something’s not right. And I feel like that’s such a great thing with health coaching for dogs, because you actually learn a lot about your own health.

And a lot of the things we recommend for dogs and cats, you can do for yourself, too. So we have to stay healthy for them and prevent. I think it was like, Dr. Kendra Pope, who is one of the very few holistic veterinary oncologists out there, who said there is a cure for cancer and that is not getting it in the first place. And I was like, that’s so brilliant, you know, because especially now, October being cancer awareness month, there’s a huge talk about all these things, like what we can do to, like, early detection and this and that.

But how about, like, living a lifestyle where we can limit? I mean, of course things happen, right? We can be as healthy as can be, but if, you know, we can get it, you know, like, it’s not about being a perfectionist, but it’s really about doing whatever you can in your Power to prevent. And I think that’s. We are so busy in today’s world that we just deal with problems when they present themselves, and then it’s harder to, you know, to treat.

We are. We don’t treat disease. We don’t, you know, so that’s maybe something else we can talk about, like what a holistic pet health coach is and what it isn’t. Because many people think we are here to replace veterinarians, which absolutely not. We are not, you know, we are not trained in that field. But I feel like veterinarians are very much dealing and great at dealing with acute conditions.

Like if your dog, God forbid, gets hit by car and it’s surgery, things like that. Right. While we are more about the chronic. I’m sorry. Yeah. The chronic conditions and the lifestyle diseases, which really is now, what, 80 to 90% of cases. You see, why dogs go to the vet is not for acute conditions. It’s really the chronic stuff that gets us. And we spend a ton of money on.

Jenn: Right. Yeah, definitely. And that was a good intro. So that was what our live was about today, was what a pet health coach is. What is a holistic pet health coach. And I love how you brought in prevention, because through my health the last 10 some years, the second half of my life, the first half of my life was very unhealthy and struggling with illness, and I found nutrition was the key.

And then as I learned more, I was like, you know, let’s just prevent injury. And it was something I learned in microbiology. Like, the health of the herd is as healthy as the immune system. And how do we keep the immune system healthy? There’s multiple ways, but nutrition is one of them. And that feeds our cells and that we need to help those chemical reactions and immune reactions that help keep us mentally and physically healthy.

Sunny: Yeah. So, yeah. So what is a pet health coach? Holistic pet health coach. What is it? Who knows? I know it’s. I liken it as we are. So I actually work with two veterinarians in my region here, so we collaborate. So they send me cases where they’re like, you know, I could probably do it, but I just don’t have the time, you know, like, for instance, when it comes to guiding someone from.

If you want to move your dog over from kibble to fresh food. Right. There’s a million questions that happen in that process. And while vets probably who are, you know, not everybody is crazy about a fresh food diet either, you know, so that’s another story. But, you know, they just don’t have time. Even one of the veterinarians I work with who is trained in traditional Chinese veterinary medicine, she does acupuncture.

She does, she’s amazing. She does food therapy. She said, I just don’t have time. She’s honestly, I don’t have time for the hand holding. So we’re essentially a bridge between that sort of traditional veterinary care and that what I feel is our heart centered, day to day life that you share with your animal. I mean, we’re here to guide you. We’re here also to listen to, like, really take our time to support you and walking beside you every step of the way.

Because what I felt when I was given the diagnosis with Nacho, I was so, I felt so alone. Like she barely didn’t even, I mean, she’s like, oh, your dog has hemangiosarcoma. I’m like, he man what? I didn’t even know what that was and didn’t even take really more than two seconds to explain. It’s not that she was a bad vet, it’s just like she just, you know, she’s going through the motions.

So I think that I felt like I have no options. The other options was chemo or just not doing anything and he’ll die in two months. That was my option and that was really it. Right? And so I think that U.S. health coaches, you know, we, as I mentioned at the beginning, we started this because we have gone through something ourselves with our pet and we saw a lack and we want to fill that void and be there for pet parents where we felt maybe neglected, right?

So we see beyond the symptoms, we take the time to understand the whole picture, right? Your dog or cat’s unique lifestyle, the different emotional states, diets, environment, even your own challenges, right? As a devoted pet parents. And that’s something that veterinarians unfortunately don’t have the time or the luxury of time to do because they’re so busy seeing all these animals. And so where conventional appointments where, you know, might last minutes, you know, we actually spend hours as health coaches researching, educating, creating all these tailored wellness plans that integrate nutrition, herbs, lifestyle adjustments, all of this, even emotional states, right?

Because that’s huge. Stress, for instance, is huge for both humans and canines and felines in terms of illness. So I think that. And also many of us, I’m going on and on, but I just wanted to say many of us are trained in multiple healing modalities, right? So we have nutrition, herbalism, tcbm, which is traditional Chinese veterinary medicine, energy Work, aromatherapy, all these, like massage and you, you know, with the prevention of injuries, things like that.

So I feel like we are so blessed to have this network where I can call you up and be like, I don’t know anything about this, you know. You know, like, Jennifer, you’re a specialist. I’m going to refer this client to you so that we ensure that our clients get the best. Right. Someone who’s like obsessed with that particular topic. Right. And same for me with cancer. It’s like that just hit me so hard now I want to know everything there is.

But of course, cancer is very complex, so I don’t know anything. Everything. But, you know, I can give you some options, right. So that I think that’s basically the biggest thing is to offer hope and companionship to pet parents. That’s how I see us health coaches. We are just all very caring people, I think. Oh, yeah, for sure. And so I want to talk, I want to tease out a couple of things that you said there.

Jenn: So one, you know, we take a lot more time than I like, sometimes couple minute vet visit, because that’s all they have me working in the vet field. Like, I know how busy we were. You know, our whiteboard was like this, you know, this client, this kind, this kind. They’ve got this going on, this going on, this going on. And then depending I worked in various different clinics, you’d have an emergency thrown in.

And so when you’re actually with a client, you know, the vet was only there a very small portion of the time. And me as a technician, I sometimes got more of the story and then, you know, I’d share that with the vet. But as a health coach, you’re right. Like, we can spend more time and, and we’re part of the team. Like, that’s actually something I’ve said for years, is I’m part of the team.

You may have a behaviorist for your dog, you have a veterinarian for your dog, you have a pet health coach. I’m just trying to think of things, but we’re like, we help each other and we support each other because I have time to spend time listening to you and holding your hand through the process. And whereas a vet doesn’t. And there are holistic vets out there and there are some vets now that are starting to allow time in their practice to actually have more time with a client.

Sunny: But you have to have less clients then because you only have so many hours in the day. That’s it. Yeah. And especially now, I don’t know if everybody knows this, but in the, you know, in this world of pet care, there’s so many consolidations happening with the pet hospital. So now you. It’s all about the bottom line, right? Like, how many patients can you see in a given day?

You have this quota of people you have to. Or dogs and cats and animals, whatever you have to see. And you have to meet that every day. And so that’s really stressful because think about it. You’re dealing with, like, someone’s live being like, someone’s companion. And then on top of that, you’re like, oh, my gosh, I have to see 20 more people. And so we are, you know, we have the luxury of not having that pressure upon us.

And of course, we work from home. We see you online, you know, you know, if you want to, you could see us in person. But if you were local. But I think most people, even I have local people in my town, they prefer the online because you can just sit in your PJs and, you know, and that’s what I think is really good because you still get a good rapport from us.

And I mean, working hand in hand with the veterinarian is important. We can help you make sense of, say, blood work. Right? Like, I don’t even know what this means. I just did that the other day for one of my clients. I was like, I have no idea. This looks like Greek to me. So we can walk and actually speak in plain English, what it actually means so that you feel more at ease and supportive, and then you are able to actually make a decision that’s best for your pet.

And we are here, like, even in my cancer patients, even though I didn’t opt for chemo, if some of my clients say, no, I want to do chemo, I totally support that because it’s a very personal decision. And so then we find out, okay, so now we have this added layer. How can we support this animal detoxing, supporting through this, this treatment. Right? So there’s so many ways we can support you.

Does it always mean that, oh, we’re going to save every life and this and that? No, but it’s about having quality of life. Quality of life versus. Hey, Denise. Versus sort of, you know, being stuck in like, oh, my gosh, I don’t know what’s going on with my pet, because that’s an awful feeling. Right. So we can help translate some of that medical jargon, if you will, and also be able to empathize on a pet parent level, you know, I think that’s what it is, that sometimes you see that these veterinarians are very.

They have to protect themselves emotionally because, you know, think about how many, you know, animals they have to euthanize in a given month. And so you have to sort of somehow put a little barrier up, and sometimes that can. I felt that with some of the vets I met that it was really cold. I was like, oh, my God. Like, you know, she has no feelings. And that’s not true at all.

But it’s just. They have to kind of put on that hat in order to survive themselves. Right. I mean, it’s a really emotionally taxing job. So we see that, and I think that, you know, we ensure that your pet receives the best of both worlds. Right? The medical expertise of your vet and then the personalized, more compassionate care that looks at your animal as a whole being not just as we talked about your diagnosis or the symptoms.

Jenn: Right, yeah, that’s the holistic part. And yeah. Hey, Denise, I’m glad you joined us. Feel free if you want to ask us a question. We’re just talking about what a holistic pet health coach is, because a lot of people are confused. And so that’s the holistic part, right? That’s the whole health of the animal. You know, the gland, the organs, the skin, the digestive system. You know, it’s so all important.

And actually, what was that? There was a book I was reading, and I can’t remember the name of the book, but she basically said, as a specialist, she was seeing three centimeters of this person. She was like, what about the rest of the person? So it’s the same thing with the animals. You go into your vet, they see the ear for an ear infection. They may look over them.

Do you have any other questions and problems? But they’re focused on the ear. And so we as pet health coaches can say, oh, okay, Is your ear being taken care of? Know. We can look at that initially and say, these are some things that can help. What are you doing with your vet? What is your vet doing for the ear? And then we can step back and say, okay, well, why is the ear a problem?

How often is the ear a problem? What food are you on? Like, what is your environment? Like? So there’s. And what I’ve learned in preventing injuries for dogs is they come in for a sore hip, but it actually, when we, like, I call it peeling back the onion, it was actually the toe at the front that started it, and it just cascaded to the hip. So sometimes we think it’s an ear infection, but it might be an irritated gut or irritated kidneys, for sure.

Sunny: Absolutely. No, I think that’s fascinating. And I actually just started, as we talked about off camera, but I just started a new course which is taught by Dr. Chris Besant, on traditional Chinese veterinary medicine and formulas. And that’s even taking it a step further. I mean, it’s kind of mind boggling, right? Like, these are thousands of years old. You know, this medicine is thousands of years old. And they are so.

I mean, they were so knowledgeable and are so knowledgeable about the body and how everything is connected. So like you say the ear is probably the gut, the. Well, why is. Why is he so stressed out or, you know, angry all the time? It’s the liver, you know, like something going on there. And so there’s so many ways to. To help. I think that’s what I felt was like, oh, my gosh, I wish I had a health coach when I was dealing.

And I knew what a health coach was when I was dealing with my boy Nacho, because I got. I mean, I just, you know, that is just the biggest thing. I feel like someone actually can give you options. Like, there are always options. I say that even to clients who come with, like, dying dogs of cancer. I mean, I even had one, I’ve shared recently, Nacho’s sister, which was, I think my.

I always bring her up because I feel like it was such a meaningful patient to me because she was diagnosed with large cell lymphoma in the GI tract, and she wasn’t eating and she was just pooping everywhere. And now she’s back to being a. I mean, not. There’s not all of those. All stories aren’t successful like that. But I just was like, there are so many things you can do, and there are always options to make that animal happy and comfortable, you know?

Cause they don’t know they have cancer, right? They just know something’s not right. But, you know, they’re just gonna go on with their life. So I think that’s the biggest thing I would like to say about the holistic health coaching field. And just like with everybody, like every veterinarian you meet, every other doctor you meet for your own health, there are very many different personalities, right? So you may not just because you may have had a bad experience with one coach, don’t think, like, everybody’s this way now.

Cause, I mean, you have to jive with that person too, right? Because we are gonna work so closely together. So if you don’t Feel like energetically. I’m not really vibing with this person. There’s hundreds of us now, right? I mean, well, not so many, but you know, we are what, a couple hundred people. Yeah. A couple hundred. Yeah. Yes. To have options. And there’s a Great website also, Dr.

Ruth Roberts, who is our mentor. On her page there’s a list of all of the different. Aww, you got it. Yeah. She’s like, excuse me, what are you doing without me, Mommy? I need to be the center of attention. She’s so cute. Oh, mine are fast asleep. They’re like, they don’t like the heat. So they’re like passed out. But yeah, so I think that’s really, you know, I, I mean, if you have any questions Denise or whoever else is on, please feel free to, or even contact us afterwards.

Send us a dm. You know, I would love to help answer any questions and, and Jennifer as well, of course, you know that, you know, if there’s a, with any type of situation you might go through and there’s also an animal communicators in our groups and there’s so many amazing individuals that can help.

Jenn: Yeah. And I. And that was the other thing I wanted to expand on a little bit too was we were trained by Dr. Ruth Roberts. Amazing person, amazing lady, compassionate, so knowledgeable. And then the other people that you know, we’ve met through her. So knowledgeable and, and something that’s important to me. She’s very honest in her answers too, you know, so she’s like, I don’t have the answer, you know, I’ll go find it. That’s what I was always taught in school. And I may say that to some of my clients, I’m like, I don’t have the answer, but I will go find it and I will be back and I will let you know what it is.

So she is an amazing lady and she has helped us on our journey. But part of that is that, yeah, there’s a couple hundred, 150 or so of us, 200. But we all have different specialties. And that’s what’s nice is that it can be a little daunting. You know, when we think pet health coach, there’s so much that we learn all the different organ systems. And when I got out, when I finished, I was just like kind of in shell shock.

Yeah, right. Exactly. What I do with all this information, like I’ve had this information, you know, it’s kind of like when I tech school, like now what. But as I’ve been Able to sink into my specialty and my passion, which is exercises and nutrition, joint health, conditioning of dogs to keep them strong in their. In their older years, even, you know. And Sunny focuses on cancer, and that’s just one of the things that she focuses on.

So, you know, we have animal communicators and energy work. Like, I also do energy work on my clients. I’ve done a little bit of essential oils, but. But if there’s people that really want to go deep into that, I’ll be like, hey, there’s a coach that specializes in oil. There’s a coach that specializes in energy work. Let me hook you up with them. So it’s nice to have that community, because then I feel less stressed for saying, oh, my gosh, I have to learn this for this client.

I can be like, you know what? That is out of my scope of specialty. So let me introduce you to somebody else that. That can help you in a more. More supportive way. There we go. Yeah. Because you can’t be an expert in every field in this, you know, it’s just impossible. But that’s what they expect from veterinarians, though. You know, like, they have to do surgery. They have to know every single part of the body and all these different animals.

I mean, it’s just not. It’s just not possible. So I think that it’s just, you know, you have, like, a superficial knowledge of everything, but, like, really, if you need something special, specific that’s going on with your. Your pet, we are. I feel, as health coaches, we’re very. And I, when. When I met everybody in Kansas City, like, we work together. You know, this is a new field, relatively new field, but what we have in common is our deep love for animals and our passion.

Sunny: I mean, none of us are doing this to become rich, right? We got. We’re just, like, in it to help help the animals, like, and feel like, fill that role that we felt was missing with our own animals, I think. So that’s it in a. In a. I think that’s pretty much it in a nutshell. But if you have any other questions about specialties, just know that there’s always somebody that knows more than we do about certain things, and we can steer you in that direction if we can’t help personally, but we have such a great network that it’s, you know, it’s an amazing resource to have.

I feel it’s very, very comforting that we know that we can always reach out to someone who knows a little bit more about this particular area than we do. And if you have a cancer dog, I hope you don’t. But if. Even if you, you know, are. You want to prevent your dog, maybe you got a puppy or you have a young. You just got a dog, you want to make sure that they don’t.

Their. Their risk is minimized. Please feel free to reach out. I would love to help out.

Jenn: Yeah, I was just. I was looking at my notes and then the time, too. I was like, what? It’s amazing. Like, as coaches get together, we just talk forever. Yeah, I was like, so interesting. And, like, I was, like, trying to keep it to 30, so I know. I was like, oh, my Gosh, it’s almost 30 minutes, so.

And I want to make sure I didn’t misspoke. But is your cancer your main. Do you focus. Is there anything else you use within your practice besides, you know,

Sunny: Cancer is my main focus, but I do a lot of gut work because cancer obviously got. Everything stems from the gut. So I’m working a lot with dogs that have gut issues as well. And that can be anything from, like, you know, this.

Just how it presents itself is, you know, scratching and itching and allergies and all of this stuff. And then. But cancer is my main focus. And I use mushrooms and herbs, so herb. I’m in an herbalist in training. I say canine herbalist and also a chef. So I do a lot of different. I sort of mess around with different recipes and make it interesting. And I am a human chef.

I’ve been a chef for 20 years. So I just take that onto the. To the. To the dog side. And I do specialize in dogs more than cats, but I do. I’m happy to take on cats as well. I have a few cats clients, but mostly dogs and mastiffs and giant breeds are my. Are my jam, so. And what about you? Yeah, no, that’s a good point. I.

Jenn: I can do cats. I can do cats. I can help cats. But. But, you know, I might refer them to somebody, you know, like Melissa, who. Melissa Sherman, who does cats, or Paolo, who does cats. Like, that’s their specialty. And. And you’re right. In school, in tech school, I learned, you know, dogs, cats, horses, llamas, goats, cows, you know, and so there’s a lot of systems, and each.

We always said cats and horses were unique compared to anything else, so.  Yeah. So just to kind of recap, we talked about what a holistic pet health coach was that helped the whole dog that were part of the team. We’re part of your veterinarian team and that we have a lot of specialties within our coaches and we have a great community where we can reach out to you, where, you know, if you need some other support. Yeah, I think that was about it. Did we get it all?

Sunny: Yeah, I think so. It’s just my point I wanted to drum through was really like, if you feel alone, you know, with your pet and you can’t figure everything out or you can’t get answers to from your vet or there’s something you’re wondering about, get a health coach because they really are passionate about being on your side.

And the companionship and nurturing you get, I think is worth it alone. So I think that’s really what I personally would have loved, like I said. And so if you’re looking for someone like that that has the time to invest, that’s when you would want to look at a health coach.  And if you like this live, like, leave us a comment. Let us know. Let us know if there’s something else you want us to talk about, because I think we both.

Jenn: I enjoy doing this. I’d be happy to do it again.

Sunny: Absolutely. Let’s do it. Let’s find another topic. Maybe you have. You want us to talk about something in particular? Just shoot me or Jennifer a DM or comment on this video and then we’ll get back to you. But yeah, I would love to do another one with you, Jennifer. This was fun. This was a lot of fun.

Jenn: So thank you everybody who joined, and thank you, Sunny, for your time and enjoy your sunny day. Yeah, I will try. We’ll stay warm over here in Colorado. Yeah, right. Okay, good. I’ll have a great week. And everyone else is watching, too, and we’ll catch you guys soon. Bye. Bye.
